Bruce Marks was called to the Bar of Ontario, in 1993 and is a graduate of the University of Ottawa Law School. Upon his call, the firm was formed. Since that time Bruce has also practiced in Toronto and has attended classes at the London School of Economics and King's College at the University of London, U.K..  

Richard Marks was first licensed to practice law in 1965. Richard graduated from the University of Ottawa Law School and started his career with the Department of Justice where he was seconded to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). He returned to school and obtained an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and went into private practice here in Ottawa. He has litigated over 30 trials to verdict including jury trials.   

Richard litigates all areas of law with a particular focus on medical and professional malpractice, personal injury and wrongful dismissal.
