Richard Marks was first licensed to practice law in 1965. Richard graduated from the University of Ottawa Law School and started his career with the Department of Justice where he was seconded to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). He returned to school and obtained an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and went into private practice here in Ottawa. With over 40 years of practice he is one of the most experienced trial lawyers in Ontario. He has litigated over 40 trials to verdict including jury trials. Mr. Marks focuses on medical and professional malpractice,
personal injury and wrongful dismissal.
